Co-founders James, Duffie & Alexander hail from the SF Bay Area and SoCal, respectively. Their journey has spanned 30+ years encompassing Food, Family, Friends and Spirit.

FUEGO means “fire” in Spanish. The fire of the HOLY SPIRIT that is within all. The founders see the HOLY-SPIRIT in the flame. It a blending of their core belief in God, self and the food that nourishes us all.

After launching FUEGO in January of 2020, the owners doubled-downed on community & catering! James & Duffie have years of combined experience in music, art and cooking for large crowds. This is the fusion that is FUEGO!

FUEGO is working on their status as a B-CORP. The goal is to always “give back the good” especially to those in need! FUEGO. Get Fed.

With a background in the sciences of chemistry, biology and anthropology this man brings nuance to the simplest of ingredients. And when you add the skill that cooking food over an open flame requires, you’ll see why this is NOT just any food. This is FUEGO!

Alex brings an enormous amount of talent in media, fashion, film and travel to what is FUEGO. His high-standards are evident in the quality of the food we serve as well as the total experience. We are blessed with his leadership in these unparalleled times.
